While Cynthia Sharp, Esquire (J.D., LL.M. – taxation), is widely known for the educational programs she offers to attorneys and legal organizations, she has also developed a strong following among financial service professionals. Her national reputation was already firmly established when she addressed members of the Society of Financial Service Professionals at the 2006 Financial Service Forum held in Palm Springs. She was subsequently honored to address a breakout session offered to attendees at the 2008 Annual Meeting of The Million Dollar Round Table held in Toronto.
Because her fields of professional expertise in her 30 years of law practice were in the arenas of estate and disabilities planning and elder law, she was in the unique position to learn first hand the role of financial service professionals in assisting clients with these types of planning issues. Cynthia's advanced law degree in taxation (LL.M. NYU School of Law) allowed her to assist in analyzing tax ramifications of business and financial transactions. Her dedication to the field inspired her to complete a five year stint on the Board of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, serving as President from June 2005-June 2006. The National Estate and Financial Planning Council recognized her with the ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER® designation in 2005.
Because her true passion has consistently been speaking and writing, she has published and spoken extensively throughout her entire career. Not only has Cynthia presented numerous times before financial service professional organizations and private entities, she has also offered quarterly Continuing Education sessions to South Jersey financial professionals sponsored by her firm.

She was co-anchor of the popular Garden State Cable television show The Law and You and has been interviewed on news programs aired on Fox 29 and WB17. Cynthia has made guest appearances on CN8's Money Matters and Your Mornings. She has also appeared on Comcast Cable's Legal Line and Fox's Good Day Philadelphia. Garden State Cable has featured her on Law Talk and Legally Speaking. Ms. Sharp has also established herself as a radio personality, having appeared on WPEN's Legal Perspectives and WPHT's A Close Look.
