Creating a Client Centric Brand®

Many believe that a brand is simply a promise - a promise to prospective and current clients as well as colleagues as to how a lawyer can be expected to behave. One of my mentors taught me that “How you do anything is how you do everything.” This requires examination of each of your actions and habits to make sure that you always put your best foot forward.

This is particularly crucial when dealing with clients. After all, they represent our livelihood. I have broken down the client relationship into Six Stages, as illustrated in the accompanying graphic.
