Most people agree with the general concept that more work can be accomplished by a team than by an individual working alone. Effective delegators focus on the highest and best utilization of the law firm’s most valuable resource - the talent pool. They are capable of leveraging their own talents by delegating projects and tasks to strong subordinate attorneys and support staff.
