The Sharper Lawyer is a proud exhibitor at the 48th Annual Meeting of the Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA). This is our third consecutive meeting to exhibit and we have already committed for the next conference. As an ACLEA member, I learn extensively from my colleagues and look forward to attending the excellent programs that will be offered.
I moved my office and home on June 22 and placed most of my earthly possessions in storage. Despite my very best efforts, the table top exhibit display along with the custom made drop cloth has gone MIA. Disappeared. (See below for a picture of what the booth looked like at the Boston Conference.)
I discovered this unfortunate turn of events yesterday after returning home yesterday from an 8 day stint in Indiana (which included 4 days at the AMAZING conference of the National Speaker’s Association). I’ll write more about that later.
Acceptance has set in. My talented assistant (Kim Nork) and I are putting together materials to get our message across. If you have any ideas for assembling a last minute exhibit table, we are open to suggestion. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do?
